Monara does ship overseas. The cost and the length of time to ship varies country to country. Please contact us for estimate of both.

Yes, we do. In order to have a wholesale account you need to have that have a resale certificate and order over $250.00 on a single order. However, we offer an affiliate option which is open for anyone interested in reselling through the internet. Please click here for more details.

Here at Monara we stand behind all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason you may request a refund or an exchange. Please contact us at a monaraessentialoils@gmail.com within 14 business days to request a return. We do not pay for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect according to the sales order. 

If your order is damaged or incorrect in any way, please contact us within 14 business days and we will pay for the mistake to be shipped or returned. If you do not contact us within the allotted time you are then responsible for paying for the damaged, lost or incorrect item. All approved returns can be held as credits or applied to an exchange. Only items that have been damaged or missing from order will be eligible for a refund. 

Typically, we ship three days per week. Expect your package within 7-10 days for the continental United States and we do provide tracking.  Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times as we use the United States Postal Service. For international orders, shipping times vary greatly depending on the country. Our Blue Dolphin Essential Oils are all generally safe for use on children. We do not recommend using undiluted oils on children- this is why we created Blue Dolphin Oils! They come already pre-diluted for safe use on children. Here at Monara we feel the essential oils should always come from where the plant naturally grows. Therefore, our oils come from different regions all over the world. We list those origins on the website and on the individual bottles. We source all our oils from small to medium size farms and distilleries around the globe, always with purity and fair trade in mind.
