Shipping

Typically, we ship three days per week. Expect your package within 7-10 days for the continental United States and we do provide tracking. Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times as we use the United States Postal Service.

If you would like expedited shipping please email us at monaraessentialoils@gmail.com (note that additional charges will apply). Anna Dowden is our shipping expert and she is great to work with!

 

International Shipping

We are not responsible for breakage or lost packages during international shipping. Shipping times vary greatly depending on the country.

Returns

Here at Monara we stand behind all of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason you may request a refund or an exchange. Please contact us at a monaraessentialoils@gmail.com within 14 business days to request a return. We do not pay for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect according to the sales order. If your order is damaged or incorrect in any way, please contact us within 14 business days and we will pay for the mistake to be shipped or returned. If you do not contact us within the allotted time you are then responsible for paying for the damaged, lost or incorrect item. All approved returns can be held as credits or applied to an exchange. Only items that have been damaged or missing from order will be eligible for a refund.
